Crisp romaine, sharp green onion, tender grilled chicken, and a sprinkle of Parmesan, it’s everything I need in a quick, satisfying meal. Tossed with just olive oil, lemon juice, and a touch of salt and pepper, this salad proves that fresh, easy ingredients can still feel special. Whether I’m short on time or just craving something clean and delicious, this is the dish I reach for.

Servings: 2 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes (if grilling chicken fresh)

Ingredients:

- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped

- 2 green onions, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 4oz grilled chicken, sliced (warm or cold)

- 1 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Base
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and sliced green onions.

2. Add Protein & Cheese
Top the greens with grilled chicken slices and a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan.

3. Make the Dressing
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice.
